Information

We believe financial stress has no place in your birth experience. Our goal is complete transparency — so you know exactly what to expect before your baby ever arrives.

Accepted Insurance Plans

We are participating providers with many health plans. Most clients have insurance that helps cover a significant portion of their care — the amount you'll owe depends on your specific plan and deductible. We encourage you to call the number on the back of your insurance card to confirm birth center and CNM coverage, then contact us to request a Verification of Benefits.

Aetna & Humana are currently out-of-network. However, out-of-network benefits with Aetna still typically result in lower out-of-pocket costs than in-network hospital care. Contact us and we can help you understand your options.

Verification of Benefits

A Verification of Benefits (VOB) is a process where we contact your insurance company on your behalf to find out exactly what your plan covers for birth center and CNM care. This allows us to generate a personalized estimate of your expected out-of-pocket costs — so there are no surprises.

We recommend completing your VOB early in your pregnancy so you can plan ahead and set up your payment schedule comfortably.

1
Call Your Insurer
Call the number on the back of your insurance card and ask if birth center and CNM services are covered.
2
Contact Us
During your registration for care, our office staff will gather the needed information and billing will take it from there.
3
Receive Your Estimate
We'll generate a personalized cost estimate based on your specific plan, deductible, and coverage.
4
Set Up Payments
We'll set up a comfortable monthly payment plan so you're prepared well before baby arrives.

Health Share Plans

We have experience working with a number of health share ministries and organizations. If you are a member of a health share plan, contact us and we'll work with you to understand your coverage and submit documentation appropriately.

Don't see your plan? Contact us — we may still be able to work with your health share organization.

Pre-Paid Discount Package

If you are not working with a health plan or health share, we offer a pre-paid discount package that makes birth center care accessible without insurance. This package is paid in full before birth and comes with a meaningful discount on our standard fees.

We believe every family deserves access to midwifery-led care, regardless of insurance status. Contact our billing team to learn more about this option and what it includes.

Clear plans.
No surprises.

Once we have your VOB and know what to expect with insurance, we set up monthly payments for the first half of your estimated total. This means half of your cost is already covered before baby arrives — and the rest follows after. Every detail is thoroughly documented in your care, financial, and payment agreements.

Personalized Estimate
Your VOB gives us everything we need to build a cost estimate specific to your plan — no guessing.
Monthly Payments
We set up comfortable monthly payments for the first half of your total — so the financial load is spread out, not dropped on you at once.
Full Documentation
Everything is laid out clearly in your care, financial, and payment agreements. You'll always know exactly where you stand.
