Midwife

I’ve been a Registered Nurse since 2001 and a Nurse-Midwife since 2007, with a wealth of experience spanning hospitals, home births, and birth centers. My journey into midwifery was deeply personal—ignited by the compassionate care I received from midwives during my first pregnancy while serving on active duty in the Air Force.

Beyond my profession, my world is filled with love and family. I’m a proud mother of four—Josh (married to Ashleigh), Fox, Ryker, and Molly—and a doting grandmother to my grandson, Thomas. I’m also incredibly fortunate to have a wonderfully supportive husband, Dave, a gifted artist whose talent never ceases to amaze me. Our home is further enriched by the joyful chaos of our three dogs.

Midwifery isn’t just my passion—it’s my calling. It’s a lifelong commitment to empowering, supporting, and advocating for families as they welcome new life into the world.

Once upon a time in the great state of Texas, a bright-eyed labor nurse spent 11 years welcoming tiny humans into the world with skill, compassion, and maybe just a little bit of magic. But when the mountains started calling, she packed up her stethoscope, her high school sweetheart, and their four incredible kids, and set off for the breathtaking landscapes of Colorado.
Now a dedicated midwife, she considers it an honor to support families through one of the most transformative chapters of their lives. Whether coaching through contractions or celebrating those first sweet newborn snuggles, she believes every birth is a story worth telling.

When she’s not catching babies, you’ll find her chasing adventure—traveling to new places, perfecting her golf swing, or carving fresh powder on her snowboard. Life is a wild, beautiful journey, and she’s here to help others embrace every precious moment of it.

Midwife

I’m a Certified Nurse-Midwife with a passion for holistic health and personalized care. Living in Germany with my husband, I provide telehealth visits to support and guide clients no matter where they are. I believe that true wellness goes beyond pregnancy and birth, and I love helping clients gain a deeper understanding of their overall health.

Outside of midwifery, I’m always seeking adventure—I love to ski and travel, exploring new places whenever I can. My goal is to offer compassionate, insightful care that empowers clients to make informed choices about their health and well-being.

Haley Haneline WHNP

Womens Health Nurse Practitioner

As a Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner, my approach centers around partnership—empowering you with knowledge, listening with empathy, and creating a space where you feel safe, supported, and truly heard. Whether we’re discussing wellness goals, or navigating new life changes, I’m here to advocate for your needs and walk alongside you on your health journey. I believe that trust and open communication are the cornerstones of great care. I strive to see every client as a whole person, tailoring care to your unique experiences, values, and goals. Let’s talk, laugh, and learn together—because your health journey deserves a partner, not just a provider.

Outside of the clinic, I enjoy spending quality time with my husband, our two boys, and our two dogs. You can often find me out hiking and exploring. There’s something humbling and grounding about connecting with the outdoors that I really appreciate!

Midwife, Birth Team

As a certified nurse-midwife, I am deeply committed to the true meaning of “midwife”—to be with woman. I strive to support families physically, emotionally, and spiritually through every stage of life, honoring the power of shared decision-making and the resilience within each woman.

My journey into midwifery has been shaped by many roles—mother, doula, nurse, and military medic. Each experience has deepened my understanding of what it means to truly walk alongside women and families. Living and working in both Europe and the U.S. has taught me the value of listening across cultures and connecting through language, empathy, and shared humanity. These moments continue to inspire how I show up in birth spaces—with presence, humility, and care.

Outside of birth work, I enjoy spending time with my children, hiking, and traveling the world—especially when I can return to my hometown of Cordenons, Italy.

Jillian Michalenko CNM

Midwife, Birth team

Hi, I’m Jillian! My journey to midwifery started as a doula and quickly turned into a full-on passion. I went back to school for my second degree in nursing and then earned my master’s in midwifery. After working as a labor and delivery nurse in several Pittsburgh hospitals, I made the leap to Colorado with my incredible husband, Nicholas, and our four energetic kiddos—triplet four-year-olds and a two-year-old

(yes, it’s as wild as it sounds!).

When we’re not building forts or chasing toddlers, we’re out hiking, rock climbing, running, or biking as a family. Midwifery isn’t just my job—it’s my heart. I’m all about empowering families, honoring their choices, and supporting them through the beautiful, transformative journey of birth. I feel so grateful to do this work every day
